Whatever we do on WhatsApp, we first do on the web. You build your agent in week 2, and in week 3 the same agent goes live on your number.

Why people automate the wrong thing, and a simple way to choose well: how often it happens, the time it costs, how rule-based it is, and how easy it is to build.

Meta registration, together

WhatsApp Business App versus the Business Platform, the stack in plain words, and your Meta verification submitted live, so the approval clock starts.

Between sessions 1 and 3

Discovery week

Each evening for 5 days, send a 15-second voice note naming the task that annoyed you most that day, and talk it through with your team. You arrive at session 3 with one flagship automation chosen.

How automation actually works

Triggers, actions and the n8n canvas. Build 1: a chat-triggered automation that captures details, writes them to Google Sheets and replies, pointed at your own problem.

Session 4

Agents: one brain, many hands

A master agent that routes work to sub-agents, each with its own tools. You build the real inbound assistant that goes live the following week.

Inbound: your agent goes live

Swap the chat trigger for WhatsApp, and the same agent answers real customers. Media, buttons, structured replies, and every conversation logged to your sheet or CRM.

Outbound: templates and broadcasts

Approved message templates, sending to a list with personal details, and routing replies back to your inbound agent, while keeping costs low.

A guided walkthrough of the agents Ritz7 runs every day: a master agent with Gmail and Calendar sub-agents, and how memory ties them together. Then your questions on your own build.

Session 8

Ship it, then show it

Finish and launch your flagship automation with live help: testing, avoiding spam flags, monitoring. The last 30 minutes is the showcase.

Everyone ships the inbound agent first. Then you branch into outbound or back-office work, based on the task you chose in week 1.

Meta charges per delivered message, in 4 categories. When a customer messages you first, a 24-hour service window opens, and replies inside it are currently free, so an inbound-first design keeps the monthly bill modest. Your provider adds a small platform fee. Session 2 walks through the latest pricing, so nothing surprises you later.

08Questions

Before you reserve.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The cohort is built for business owners. You build in n8n, a visual tool where you connect blocks instead of writing code, and Ritesh builds alongside you in every session.

What do I need before session 1?

A laptop, a business to build for (yours or a client’s), and a spare phone number that is not on your personal WhatsApp.

Once a number moves to the WhatsApp Business Platform, it can no longer be used in the normal WhatsApp app, so keep your personal number out of it.

How long does Meta approval take?

Most approvals land within days. Some get rejected and are resubmitted, and a few take 2 to 3 weeks. That is why you register in week 1 and WhatsApp work starts in week 3, with a shared test number for anyone still waiting.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded, and the cohort’s WhatsApp group is there for questions between sessions.

What time are the sessions where I live?

Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 to 12:00 IST (UTC+5:30).

When exactly does Batch 2 start?

The first week of October 2026. We confirm the exact dates on WhatsApp before session 1.

What does WhatsApp cost once I am live?

Meta charges per delivered message. Replies within 24 hours of a customer messaging you are currently free, so an inbound-first design keeps costs low. Your provider adds a small platform fee. Session 2 covers the latest pricing.

Can I get a refund?

All enrolments are final once you join, so ask us anything before you pay. If we move or cancel a batch and you cannot make the new dates, you get a credit or a full refund. See the refund policy.
