Big groups stay hands-on. In each breakout room one person shares a screen and builds while the rest advise, so nobody sits stuck. Each room builds something different, so everyone leaves with several working flows.

What teams ask before booking.
Online or on-site?
Both. Online sessions run on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or whichever platform your team already uses, with breakout rooms so large groups stay hands-on. On-site sessions are planned around your office.
We use Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365. Does that matter?
We teach on the tools you already have: Gemini and Workspace Studio for Google Workspace, Copilot for Microsoft 365. Some features depend on your plan and admin settings, so we check access with your IT team before the session.
Can you tailor it to our work?
Yes. We ask about your team’s roles and repeat work first, and the labs are built on those tasks, not on generic examples.
Do people need technical skills?
No. Sessions are built for people who do not build software every day. Each lab has a few core steps, plus a stretch step for those who move faster.
What about our data?
Labs can run on sample data, so nobody has to paste real customer data into a tool during training. The governance topic covers what your people should and should not put into AI tools at work.
