Each agent does a different job on the same WhatsApp number. You build all three in n8n, on your own business, not on a toy example.

02How it works
Each level is a set of short videos you follow on your own business, and the setup console handles the fiddly API steps. Your progress is saved as you go.
By hand, with a video
Create the Meta app, verify your business and add your number. The console walks you through it one step at a time, with a short video for every step you do by hand.
In the console
Tokens, message templates and test messages run from the console instead of Meta’s developer docs. Templates show a live WhatsApp preview, and the console tells you when Meta approves them.
Waiting on Meta?
Business verification can take a few days. Meta gives every app a free test number, so you keep building while you wait and switch to your own number once it is ready.
Build
Build the foundation workflow in n8n, a visual tool where you connect blocks instead of writing code.
Test
Confirm Meta can see your workflow, then send a test message and watch the reply land on your phone.

Three running costs sit outside the programme, and they start small. A number that is not on your personal WhatsApp. Once a number moves to the WhatsApp Business Platform, it can no longer be used in the regular WhatsApp app, so keep your personal number out of it.
Most approvals land within days. Some are rejected and resubmitted, and a few take 2 to 3 weeks. You keep building on Meta’s free test number in the meantime.
